• We require appointments be confirmed within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment.

• Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation. We will refund any monies paid toward your treatment.

• We know things pop-up, so if you’re unable to make your appointment, please let us know.

  • There will be a fee for not showing up, which is your deposit.

• We can’t accommodate any appointment changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled treatment.

• We also can’t accommodate clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late.

  • The therapist will have the discretion to continue with the treatment (at the same cost and for the remaining time).

• If you’re visiting us for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork.

• Please note that gratuity is not included in the advertised prices.
